Shipping and Returns

📍 Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout. Any promotions, such as free shipping above a certain order amount, are clearly stated on the website.

⏱️ Delivery time

We aim to ship orders within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment. As soon as your order has been shipped, you will receive a Track & Trace code by email.

The final delivery time depends on the carrier.

📦 Delivery

We ship our packages via MyParcel, which works with carriers such as PostNL, DHL, or DPD.

Always check upon receipt whether the package is undamaged. Contact us immediately in case of visible damage.

🔁 Returns

Because we sell returns and surplus stock, it is important to carefully review our return policy.

📅 Cooling-off period

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.

📦 Return conditions

A return shipment must meet the following conditions:

✔ The product is complete ✔ The product has not been used more than necessary to assess it ✔ The product is in the original packaging, if possible

Please note: Many of our products are returns or clearance stock. Any signs of use, opened packaging, or missing accessories mentioned in the product description do not constitute grounds for return.

💸 Return costs

The costs for returning a product are covered by Triple Three.

💰 Refund

Upon receipt and inspection of the return shipment, we will refund the purchase amount (excluding any additional shipping costs) within 14 days via the same payment method.

❗ Exceptions to returns

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken
• Specially compiled bundles or lots that are not sold separately

If this applies, it will be clearly stated with the product.
