2. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to every offer from Triple Three and to every distance contract concluded between Triple Three and the consumer.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.



3. The offer

Triple Three sells returns, clearance, and outlet products. This means that:

  • Products can come from return flows
  • Packaging may be opened
  • Products may show light signs of use
  • Accessories may be missing unless otherwise stated.

We state the condition and any defects of each product as clearly as possible. Images are a true representation but may differ slightly from the actual product.



4. The agreement

The agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order and receives a confirmation thereof by email.

Triple Three reserves the right to refuse orders in case of doubt regarding fraud or abuse.



5. Prices

All listed prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs, unless otherwise stated.

Triple Three reserves the right to change prices. The price applicable at the time of ordering is binding.



6. Payment

Payment is made via the payment methods offered on the website. The order will only be shipped after payment has been received.



7. Delivery

We strive to ship orders as quickly as possible. The expected delivery time is stated on the website.

Delivery takes place at the address provided by the customer. Triple Three is not liable for delays caused by the carrier.



8. Right of withdrawal (Returns)

Consumers have the right to cancel their order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason.

After cancellation, the customer has another 14 days to return the product.

Return conditions:

  • The product must be complete
  • The product must not have been used beyond what is necessary to evaluate it.
  • Return costs are covered by Triple Three

Please note: For returns and clearance items, signs of use or missing parts may already be listed. These do not constitute grounds for return if they were clearly stated in the product description.

The purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment.



9. Exclusion of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal may be excluded for:

  • Products that cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose seal has been broken
  • Specially compiled lots or bundles that are not sold separately

If applicable, this is clearly stated with the product.



10. Warranty and complaints

Because we sell returns and clearance stock, products may differ from new condition.

However, we guarantee that products meet reasonable expectations based on the product description.

Complaints must be reported within a reasonable time after discovery via info@triplethree.nl.



11. Liability

Triple Three is not liable for indirect damage, consequential damage, or damage caused by improper use of products.

Liability is limited to the amount of the order.



12. Force Majeure

Triple Three is not bound by its obligations if it is prevented by circumstances beyond its control, such as malfunctions, delays at suppliers or carriers.



13. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
